  The city polygons, province outlines, national view and island inset are
  generated from OpenStreetMap geographic data. The derivative includes
  extraction, city catalogue mapping, merging, geometry processing and
  display simplification. This geographic database is separate from the
  application source code and remains available under ODbL 1.0.

  The SVG presentation clips administrative areas with land derived from
  the same OSM coastline data. Provinces use their own OSM relations.
  Project with the documented shared projection and apply the inset's
  display transform only for presentation.
  Photo matching uses the WGS84 geographic polygons directly.

  The public boundary file contains no user accounts, private notes,
  photo metadata or personal travel records.
  Map data acknowledgement and ODbL link remain visible on the map page.
  Exported PNG maps include the OpenStreetMap attribution and copyright URL.

Local application:
  Frontend and PHP/MySQL account service introduced on 2026-10-03.
  Offline photo matching and OSM map adaptation updated on 2026-10-17.
  Map presentation is a travel-footprint illustration, not a navigation
  service or an officially reviewed standard-map product.
